Chocolat chaud is not hot chocolate

Located all over Paris, Angelina is a well known chocolat chaud café and what better time to enjoy it than when at a museum. And not any museum, but the Louvre! Unfortunately we missed lunch, but it gave us an excuse to try their famous deserts! It was so good I could not capture Corey's because he couldn't resist eating it immediately! Now to the point of the title, chocolat chaud is dense melted unsweetened chocolate; NOT milk and cocoa. It is bitter. It is rich. It is thick. It pairs well with the sweetness of their deserts. DO NOT go in expecting it to be a familiar American hot cocoa.
